The portal provides a set of personal online applications (notes, photos, calendar, tasks, budget, trips, documents, journal, weather, assistant, document conversion, translation, file transfer). These terms govern the use of the service.
Registration requires a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended.
The service offers a free plan and paid plans (Plus, Pro) whose limits are described on the Subscription page. Price changes are announced in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page, without notice or justification. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid: you keep access to the paid features until that date, after which your account automatically returns to the Free plan. Periods already paid are not refunded, not even partially, and no pro rata applies. Your content remains intact after returning to the Free plan; only the apps reserved for paid plans become unavailable. If a charge is clearly mistaken, write to us and we will put it right.
Content you save remains yours. You grant the service only the technical right to store, process and display it. Family sharing exposes content only to members you invite, read-only.
You agree not to host unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or compromise the security of the platform.
The service is provided "as is". Daily backups are made, without guarantee of continuous availability. You can export your data at any time from your profile.
Unlike cancelling a subscription, deleting your account erases your content for good. It can be done at any time from your profile; it is immediate and irreversible. The operator may suspend an account in case of violation.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction: registered office of the operator.
